For this lease option, your credit card or PayPal account will be automatically billed each month by Paypal until you notify us that you wish to cancel your lease.

Our Paypal business account has been active for over 7 years (since April 2004), and we have a perfect seller reputation with over 600 verified buyers - this information can be verified before submitting payment at the secure Paypal web site.

The domain name may be parked on the present servers, or with ZoneEdit who provide free web site redirection and email forwarding.
Alternatively, you may choose to have the domain name hosted on your own servers, or on the servers of any web hosting company of your choice - e.g. DellHost, Fasthosts, Netfirms, Verio, Yahoo, etc.

Most importantly for you, by leasing the domain name, you will also have exclusive rights to make an outright purchase of the domain name at any time during your lease for the price quoted below (Option B).

As an alternative to the monthly lease (Option A), the outright purchase of the domain name can be made for a one-time-only single payment (Option B) at the price quoted above.

This will give you complete ownership and control of the domain name, and all rights to its future use.

The transfer of the domain name will be completed within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

It will then be under your ownership and ready for your immediate use.
You will be able to make future changes to the domain name registration yourself online, as you will have your own domain management account, complete with username and password.

Your only future payments will be the annual registrar's fee which depends on the registrar you choose to keep the domain name with (the current registrar, GoDaddy - the world's #1 registrar - has a very low annual fee of under $10 per year).

For additional peace of mind, you may request for the purchase transaction to be carried out through the online escrow service at Escrow.com.

Do you have escrow service?

Our domain selling system is designed to work as an escrow system. If you are more comfortable with a 3rd party escrow service, such as escrow.com, we gladly accept it.
The buyer has to pay the escrow fee in this case, however.

Can you show me Traffic Statistics?

Because we has hundreds domains, We do not keep stats on individual domain names, however please feel free to lease the domain name for one month if you would like to get an accurate measurement of the stats, or you can just check the Alexa rank for domain you want to purchase.

How to transfer names owership to the buyer?

You can create a FREE Godaddy account before transfer.
After the payment is completed, iiHome will push domain name to your godaddy account as soon as possible.
The buyer will receive a email from Godaddy.com, asking buyer to complete transfer with no charge.
The domain transaction will be done after the buyer log in and complete Godaddy push. This means that the buyer has verified and confirmed for the domain name with the full control of the name.
During the transfer, if you get any problem or question we will happy to help you until domain completed transfer.
